Every Christmas I would dress up Dog in a Santa Hat or her Christmas
bandanna. She would give me this look like "please don't make me wear that again this year" but would tolerate it. She was just such a good dog. So as we unpacked all the Christmas stuff we came across her
bandanna and stocking, man we miss her so much! It is hard to believe that she has been gone for 10 months now and that the hurt that we feel is still so fresh some days!
Now here is Jack, he probably can't wait to see what Christmas is all about. So far he is leaving the decorations and tree alone. I am not too sure that we will even put the presents under the tree at all. Jack seems to think that when we leave him home alone that he should taste, shred, and destroy anything that even looks like it might be paper! We have lost a few good books, some semi- important papers, etc to his desire to destroy paper. Hopefully someday soon Jack will outgrow his love of paper.

We got a bit of snow in the past 24 hours. I measured this morning and we have gotten 28 inches so far and it is still snowing. We went to Sarah's concert last night and got home about 7:30. I measured the snow on the car and it snowed 16 inches since we parked it when we got home last night.
